Full‑Day Program
A structured, engaging day filled with life skills, recreation, community participation, and social connection.
Part‑Day Program
A shorter, focused option for those who benefit from a half‑day schedule.
Flex Program
Choose the days that work best for you each month perfect for families needing adaptable, personalized support, offering flexibility, consistency, and the ability to plan services in a way that truly works for your household.
Youth Programs
We now offer March Break programming and Summer Camps designed specifically for youth with diverse abilities blending fun, skill‑building, and inclusive community experiences.
One to One Support
Individualized assistance tailored to personal goals, skill development, and meaningful participation, delivered through dedicated one‑to‑one support that adapts to each person’s needs, pace, and strengths. Our team provides focused, person‑centred guidance that builds confidence, encourages independence, and creates meaningful opportunities at home, in the community, and throughout daily life.
Assistance for Independent Living
Support with daily living skills, routines, community navigation, and building confidence at home and in the community, offering guidance that strengthens practical skills, encourages independence, and promotes active participation in daily life.
Service Agency
We proudly support individuals and families with Passport funding purchases, submissions, and guidance, helping you navigate the process with confidence and making sure your funding works for your goals.
