At Journey Centre of Grey, our mission is to empower youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through inclusive, person-centered programs and services. We support independence, personal growth, and skill development through meaningful activities and community engagement. By recognizing the unique strengths and needs of each individual, we create a supportive environment where confidence, connection, and independence can grow.

Our vision is a community where youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are fully included, respected, and supported. Journey Centre of Grey strives to create a society in which individuals of different abilities have equal opportunities to thrive, pursue their interests, and build meaningful relationships. Through inclusive practices and community collaboration, we work to break down barriers and empower every individual to reach their full potential.
Funding Transparency Statement
Journey Centre of Grey is a privately operated, community‑based organization. We do not receive government funding, grants, subsidies, or donations. All program expenses including staffing, materials, activities, insurance, and facility costs are fully covered through participant fees.
This independent funding model allows us to:
